Dr Chung King Lueh utilizes a minimally invasive technique to precisely ablate benign cutaneous lesions through controlled vaporization with carbon dioxide (CO₂) laser 


Before Treatment: The upper image displays a lateral profile view of an individual's face, highlighting a prominent, large, hyperkeratotic cutaneous lesion located on the right cheek, adjacent to the mandibular angle. The lesion exhibits a rough, irregular, and verrucous surface texture, consistent with a benign epidermal growth such as a seborrheic keratosis or viral wart. Its size and raised nature are visually significant against the surrounding skin, which shows signs of photoaging and lentigines.

After Treatment (3-Month Follow-Up): The lower image presents the same anatomical region three months following CO2 laser ablation. The previously prominent lesion has been completely excised, resulting in a smooth, flat contour that blends seamlessly with the adjacent skin. There is no evidence of hypertrophic scarring or significant pigmentary alteration; only minimal residual erythema or faint textural change is visible at the treatment site, indicative of excellent wound healing and minimal tissue trauma.
